As first time parents, we didn't know what to expect from day care. We looked around at several facilities, but .... there was no doubt that this was the best place for our daughter. The facility is bright and cheerful, has top of-the line toys and equipment, and is monitored by a state-of-the-art security system. But most importantly, the staff is simply wonderful. I had been searching for the perfect child care centre for my children for over 2 years and finally found it at Kilsyth. The way it delightfully gears everything towards children makes them feel comfortable and at home. ...The curriculum far surpasses any standards I have seen at any pre-school, with art, music and out door activities for even my two year old. Like so many new parents, we were apprehensive about entrusting our baby to a "day care centre". We had heard the "horror" stories and had no personal experience upon which to draw. However, we can sincerely report that Kilsyth Kids Child Care Centre has convinced us that daycare centre can be a wonderful experience for a child. Since our twelve-month-old daughter started at Kilsyth, the following 2 1/2 years have provided her with continuing opportunities for physical, emotional and social development. She has had many caring, friendly and well-trained teachers and has developed a network of friends. The classes provide the appropriate amount of structure to the school day, based on age and ability. We consider ourselves to be good parents, but we doubt that we could have provided our daughter with as much developmental stimulation as she has received at Kilsyth - even if one of us was a full-time, stay-at-home parent.
